The Paulding County Retired Teachers Aassociation is a small, but
ambitious organization which exemplifies the high standards of the teaching profession.
Its purpose is to educate its members about current legislative proposals and their impact on education today, as well as
events impacting all retired Americans.
The purpose of this organization is to increase the popularity of our common interests.
We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun while we are together and working
on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, the organization will become even stronger. We've worked together,
now it's time to enjoy.
Our Mission: In agreement with ORTA's Mission
statement we are our Paulding County members' connection with the following: Our Mission: The Ohio Retired Teachers Association is the voice of Ohio's retired public educators. ORTA
advocates and promotes the improvement of pensions, benefits and services available to Ohio's active and retired public
educators. The association represents and takes action on behalf of our constituents to STRS Ohio, the Ohio legislature and
other agencies dealing with retirement issues.
Our mission is to further promote the interests of our Educational
organization and our members' contributions to our communities. We strive to make a difference by educating
the public and expanding our reach.
